- 7% Legendary - 5% Epic Strange that Epic is more rare than Legendary, knowing that in Hearthstone Legendary is more rare than Epic. And this repartition is quite surprising - there's nothing "Legendary" if there's a 7% chance to get it. Thinking about this further, pretty much every loot game for the better part of two decades has used the exact same color scheme for loot rarity: white/grey < green < blue < purple < orange/goldSo your findings follow this, it's just an annoying troll because the words they chose don't match up with other games, where the most common naming scheme is: common < uncommon < rare < epic < legendaryIt seems here on BO3, "Legendary" is limited to the alternative models for attachments, while "Epic" is the rarest camos and calling cards. I haven't seen as much data as you though, that's just from personal experience. Maybe they are meant to be roughly equal in rarity? Maybe every item actually has exactly equal rarity, there is just more "common" stuff in the pool of marbles than "rare"? |

I mean it's kind of hard to even tell that an attachment looks different, e.g. Argus quickdraw, or rapid fire on any gun, which is usually a tiny little switch. The rarest loot should be more obvious stuff you can show off.

Still, I actually have the legendary Argus QD, and I do quite like it, the fully rubberized grip looks far better than the stock or normal QD one. |

Did you guys come to any sort of consensus on these? Sounds like the best way to handle these is just to buy the cheapest chests right?

N ice. You've got the Storm, Ice, Transgression and Wartorn active camos. Most of them on guns I'd actually use.
I've got the Transgression camo on the Man-O-War and Wartorn camo on the KN-44. Unfortunately I don't use them.

Storm on the Dingo looks great. I just got it for the M8A7 too but need to unlock it again to see how it looks on a smaller weapon.
Intensity on the XM53 launcher hurts my eyes and makes me an obvious target a mile away, but I can't help myself running around with it.

You got more weapon attachments in those 48 common drops than I have in all of mine put together, and I'm prestige 8... Not to mention I use the weapons you got them for lol, LUCKY! That M8 FMJ variant is veeeeeery nice. |

Any camo that moves or glows cant be considered camo, and I wish were never brought into this game. Its nice when enemies are easy to see when they have some dumb glowing gun however lol.

There hasn't been a need for proper "camo" since MW2 Cold Blooded Pro
Used to spend days hiding in the bushes in a wookie suit. Nowadays map design simply does not allow it, there is nowhere to hide with all of these invisible barriers and perfectly planned out curved and angled "corners"
Now it's all about dat flashy bling

Update on my X1 today changed a lot of the black market... though I'm sure some of you have already seen this. Anyway, one of the changes is that you can burn all your duplicate items for cryptokeys, i got 34 keys out of it. Used it on a rare supply drop just to see if they messed with the probabilities, but no luck. Just got a rare gesture and two commons. But I did get a 5 cryptokey bonus, which I guess is cool.  |

It doesnt need to be actually conceal you.. I mean, camos like Digital or Fall were neat in MW2. They arent totally unreasonable, look nice, but ultimately are just a skin.. no one really cared about them aside from gold.
Now people are playing for the stupid things and they are animated and all sorts of ridiculous crap.
I guess what I'm getting at is: Before camo was just a texture. Now its part of the game. Before when you see a player you might say something about them achieving a gold M21, at most. Now you think about their shiny, totally random, camo - and want it for yourself.
It's not really maturity. It's just not being appealed to a game because of flashy things. For the same reason a certain directors movies are put down for being full of explosions, the same can be said for a game where guns have animated camos. Now, if the gun models and animations were exceptionally detailed, that would actually be cool.
