Hey guys, i remember hearing a while ago (probably in a drift0r vid) that pistols have weak aim assist/sticky aim, just wondered if all weapon classes were different ? i.e do lmgs have more sticky aim than smgs ? etc
the reason im asking is i personally feel like i flinch less when im using an lmg and thought it might be something to do with having bit more sticky aim/aim assist, may be talking out of my rear end but wasn't sure. thanks guys

As far as I know, the strength is the same no matter what gun you are using.
What does vary is the range. Pistols might have 20m aim assist range while ADS, and lmgs might have around 60m.
Also, you will feel subjectively less aim assist with pistols than ars than lmgs because they have greater zoom. Lower fov means lower sensitivity.

Generally. afaik there arent any numbers for blops3, but the blops2 ones are here and probably make for a decent reference. thanks, i noticed on that thread you linked that lmgs actually had slightly less aim assist range than ars and 1 shottie in blops 2, strange
