Epic - Heavily shielded and highly aggressive enemies appear in great numbers.
Fresh Troops - Some enemy squads have been fortified with additional reinforcements.
Match Game - Enemy shields are resistant to all unmatched Elemental Damage.
Airborne - Players deal more damage while in the air.
Catapult - Grenade recharge rate is greatly increased.

Two noteworthy weapons this week is the Lyudmila-D and Dis-47 scout rifle. These weapons have been very high tier pvp weapons in the past and might become once again with the next weapon balance patch coming in december. With that in mind i'd say its worth picking those two up of you have space and wait for a good potential roll.

Got Thagomizers from a legendary engram that came from one of the exotic chance chests in the raid. And I found a use of Incarnadine, the red shader for getting all of the normal mode armour pieces on a single character:

Voidfang Vestments could be a good choice for those without Nothing Monacles and Ophidian Aspect, especially in game modes like Supremacy where the +shotgun ammo and having grenade energy upon spawn is really handy. Patience and Time might be useful for those new to sniping as the cloaking feature might provide the edge in dark areas of maps in winning an engagement, although the scope glare still exists.

VV's also spawn you with full grenade... I've seen some sunsingers wear VV for that purpose alone. It's a very good pickup and axion bolts with an extra seeker is also fun.

Plus, given the right shader, it's hellahawt looking

EDIT: P&T needs a damage buff because it's a gimmick weapon that could be nice if it hurt someone

Oh, and for Trials, Asylum is the map.

I'm going to be running Trials for the purpose of getting that RoI book done.

I'd loveto have some company from some PSN Bros, if they can pry themselves away from their Black Friday sales (Happy US Thanksgiving, btw)

Thanks to TheHawkNY and bradman , I got the Trials part of the RoI book done.

And wow, do I absolutely suck at Trials. Ab.So.Lu.Tely. Suck at Trials.

Easily:

• 90% of the games my team lost
• Most rounds, we only got 1 kill
• I couldn't even teabag because I die so quickly
• Lots of NLB snipes hit right them right in the face but did not kill them... but some did... I don't know; better armor and recovery?
• I did have a great move where I novabombed 2 of their best players and teabagged the $hit out of both of them, only to lose the game and all three viciously teabagged me... I;m still pulling pubes out of my PS4's cooling fan... sheesh! That sort of treatment shouldn't be even done to a dog!!!!
• The last game, in which clearly Brad and I and the Reddit Rando were done with these shenanigans, no one on our team got a kill in all 5 rounds
• I now hate Asylum for the rest of my life ever and ever
• After flying in 12 times, the joke "F$$k!! Asylum again?!?!? F$$k Bungo!" is no longer funny
• All that being said, whenever we lost, I got a 400 helm, 400 boots, and a 400 gloves... the lone game I won: a 365 blue scout rifle and a blue class engram; all $hit that I could have got from 40 seconds of a plaguelands patrol... thanks bungo!!!!!1

Whatevz, it's done and so am I with Trials. Actually, I might do elimination for the practice

Trials should have been Skirmish from the start so maps like Cauldron can be in rotation. This also means you can practice the game mode 24/7 straight from vanilla, whereas Elimination wasn't introduced into the Crucible playlists until quite late from what I remember (Elimination was available a while after Trials was released). I wouldn't worry over the bagging. A lot of those players would be crying on the Internet if they faced too many stacked teams, although I feel those who are reliant on the bounties are being 'taken advantage of' by Bungie.

Honestly, when I made my Reddit fireteams post, I told people that I literally did not give a $hit about winning or anything like that. I told people if they were going to be salty or tryharded or sweaty, to move along. My goal was to complete 5 tickets and I did so and I told people upfront about that... no boons or lighthouse or anything like that to help out on the way. Losing was the fastest way to 5 ticket completions, and I'm glad I did it and could have fun with Hawk and Brad while doing it. I had some people message me that they would carry me (one rando even mentioned to do it for a price) which I laughed at.

Going in like that, and knowing that I am horrible in PVP other than Mayhem Clash or Iron Banner... I expected this and got my expectations met. The only sour point was the time for rewards for winning: they were absolute garbage and losing that much and getting 3 pieces of 400 gear, plus an exotic bonbon that popped into a 400 4th Horseman... it was well worth the effort. I mean, if people cared about their ELO's or KDR's or WLR or OU812's, they shouldn't have joined up. And they didn't and that was that.

The teabagging... I got what I got and I didn't get upset... it was all for the luls and that's that. As for Elimination, it's a nice practice for Trials with matchmaking.

Well, it's either that or trying to climb up Fellwinters Peak to get that f$$king siva cluster that I have no desire to do anymore after falling and spawning at the very bottom for the umpteenth time.

Depends on your definition of fun.

- The purpose of doing it was for book completion; since losing was the most effective and effecient way of doing that, I wasn't too sad about losing. In fact, I fully expect it, going up against teams who were running flawless emblems and ornamented Trials gear
- I got better rewards from losing than from winning... I'd much rather get 3 or 4 400 pieces and an exotic bonbon... than a boatload of 365 blue weapons and blue engrams that I can get in the Plaguelands
- We were hellabad... I started with a Reddit Rando and Hawk, until he had to leave... we got stomped as hawk hadn't done PVP in a few weeks... once he left, the rando got a buddy and we did actually win 1 match playing a bunch of redbar dimwits who were hellabad; when I get 3 headshots in 1 round with a NLB, you know you need to reexamine your life's priorities,,,, then the rando left and I convinced Brad to pull his fishingline out of the COD and come get stomped with me
- Would I liked to have been more competitive and put up a better fight? Sure, but I know my limits and I was certainly exceeding them for 2 hours

I had fun; I now hate Asylum and the Clever Dragon... but I'm fine other than that
