That's actually very close to my old gaming TV in my Turbo Grafx 16 days. Except the screen RGB was broken to make everything tinted red Memories...........

Pretty much exactly this. I didn't buy a Scuf to enhance anything. I bought it so I didn't have to contort my hand to an uncomfortable position to be able to press face buttons and aim at the same time. And because I thought it looked cool . If that makes me a cheater, then whatever, I'm a cheater, and too each their own as far as that interpretation goes. Now, I'm feeling like buying one of these things. It's between a Scuf or an Imagine Customs controller. EMR and paddles VS buttons on the grips.

Don't think I'll bother. I'm finding the PS4 controller fairly comfy with claw grip now that I'm used to it, and last I checked the PS4 options of Scufs were pretty shit. Just two paddles and not reprogrammable... meh...

Yeah, but EMR wasn't available yet for PS4 last time I looked at scuf. For PS3, sure, but not PS4.

That's cool. I think I'll still stick with my stock controller. I've gotten used to claw so it's not that big a deal and I don't want to spend the money on a scuf. ;3 Maybe someday I'll consider it.

I also went through the trouble of learning to play with claw, to the point that I can no longer go back. Sometimes I comfort myself by thinking that one reason why I am mediocre in MP is because I am using claw. I could be a lot better at shooting stuff had I not gone done that path I am intrigued by scuf, but not to the point of even looking into it in detail. This is because a) I will have to unlearn claw, which could be unpleasant, and b) the thing is kinda pricy. Buying one is totally OK, but I tend to break stuff much faster than normal people and I am afraid that I am going to keep buying them every year...

they patched the disconnects back in, 3x "lost connection to Destiny server" in less than 15min.... one being during the daily heroic shooting at the gatelord... yay -.-
Edit: 9 times... second time during fight vs. gatelord.... . Is that a new concept of stretching "content"?

Looks like Bungie messed up a bit on the network fix side. Many people are having problems with "Code Monkey" error, not great for the "Raid" day...

Things that are currently being worked on:
They really need to add matchmaking for weekly and Nightfall. Yes, it will introduce unpleasantness and AFKers attempting free ride, but I still think that would still be better than current situation.

Bungie changed timing of their weekly updates to Thursday: www.bungie.net/7_Bungie-Weekly-Update---11132014/en/News/News?aid=12387This update detailed 1) Iron Banner 2.0 changes; 2) Patch incoming early next week, including in-game voice chat support; 3) Iron Banner is scheduled to start towards the end of next week (time to get your PvP weapons/armors "polished"); 4) The following sounds like everybody who has gotten or plan to get "The Dark Below" will get a package of cosmetic goodies, possibly by visiting a crate somewhere:

Regarding #4, I'd say there's a 99% chance of it being the "trick" sparrows that people thought were related to the Halloween event. There are several hints at that. "Tricks up Sleeves" is the section heading, "fly through the air with the greatest of ease," and the picture in that section removes any remaining doubt:

So err when are the exotics going to be buffed? And does this include the Pocket Infinity?

If they are not buffed then I would suggest they will never be buffed so I might dismantle my existing Pocket Infinities and continue to turn down doing new exotic bounties. I only started the Invective because people stated how goid shotguns supposedly were and I have since foubd out to the contrary.

I would advise against any dismantling attempts of exotics, even if you have duplicates They WILL be buffed sooner or later. My guess is that it requires a radical code change of how weapons works, all the way down to the low level library (warning: programmer jargon here) level, so weapons can have separate customization parameters for PvE and PvP. Such changes need to be carefully done, that's why it is taking some time. After all, we don't want the Vex Myth incident all over again.

Such changes need to be carefully done, that's why it is taking some time. After all, we don't want the Vex Myth incident all over again. Yeah but I only have three spaces left in my vault for weapons so I will be running out of space. Most of the weapons there are either fully levelled or fully upgraded and are all legendaries or exotics. I use the vault more often than a lot of people so I don't have to swap guns with characters and I could perhaps dismantle levelled weapons that I have bought from the Vanguard Quartermaster, since most of them I buy purely just for the Ascendant Energy. Plus, it is easier for equipping them when handing in bounties. And yesterday I got another exotic bounty (choice between the Thorn, Bad juju and the Invective), so I went for the Invective, again. If I get this shotgun, this will be my fourth Invective. In the absence of trading, there is no point in having several multiples of the same weapon. If the 60 spaces were not separated by category, it would not be an issue. The stupid thing is that the Pocket Infinity is still decent in PvP and is upper tripe in PvE despite the complaints about being OP came from PvP players. This nerf took place before the Vex Mythoclast I believe. If so, perhaps Bungie should test these nerfs before rolling them out? Is it not possible to give weapons a damage multiplier by the target it hits? That way the shotguns won't suck in PvE so much that I am better off using a sniper rifle in CQC. If Bungie knows a huge amount of players are dismantling bad weapons that could help instigate a buff and keeping holding of bad weapons might be pointless. Bungie brought the problem to themselves by allowing PvE gear to be used in PvP when they could have separated them. We have "Crucible factions" anyway so it looks like the idea to keep them separate might have existed but was scrapped.

Seperate gear for pvp and PvE would defeat the whole purposemarketingt and idea behind the game. This game was going to be so great because it is a fps rpg where you can fight eachother with all the stuff you found. I don't think they ever intended it to be separate. Would have been a noob move!

Then tell Crucible players that the game will never be balanced and lump it because all it does it harm PvE players and the PvP pkayers will end up leaving Destiny for AW anyway.
