Does anyone remember what the AMR9 RoF (in-burst) was before this patch?
I don't care about the damage buff, a 5-round burst SMG shooting at 720rpm is still pathetic.

Do we have any good numbers on the average frame rates of different versions of consoles for this game? Map specific would be preferred. Also, are there any real-time console FPS monitors/gauges that you bros would recommend? (There might not be any without modding, I don't know. I'm a noob on these topics.)

Does the intro RoF remain 857 RPM for all variants of the ASM1? Is it also the case for the lockdown RoF (800 RPM) of the XMG variants?

Yes.

Thanks (lol then the XMG Bread and Butter fires slower in lockdown). And regarding the recent patch, the changes for the weapons stats don't apply to exo survival, right? (asking this because exo survival usually has the same weapons stats as in multiplayer)

Exo Survival has the same weapon stats.

Ah... so the patch does affect ES. Was it also the case for the MW3 survival mode?

I'll have to capture footage and measure later to confirm, but it sure seems like Rapid Fire on the ASM1 is now broken. Either that, or it has no effect on the first 8 shots, starting out at 720rpm and stepping up to 900rpm, accelerating over time like the BAL. That would actually make sense as pre-patch, I'm pretty sure RF only boosted rpm after the first 8 shots, having no affect on the intro RoF. Even so, the rapid fire RoF after the first 8 shots sure seems a lot slower than 900rpm, but we all know how this game likes to trick us with audio that doesn't match up with the actual gunfire.

"lerps over first x rounds from..."
Can somebody explain what that means?

"lerps over first x rounds from..." Can somebody explain what that means? "lerp" = linear interpolation. Basically, the graph of firerate as a function of time is this:

Did the ASM1 and HBRa3 get RoFs that lerp due to the recent patch? Or was it always the case without toggling between the two rates like the Bal-27 and SN6 do?

Thanks Probaddie.
That would explain why the HBR insanity seems to drop down to 720 rpm after just 2 shots instead of 4.
So now, if I put rapid fire on an ASM1, does it lerp from the 857 rpm down to 759 rpm (effectively 720 the whole time), and then jump to 900+ rpm? Or does it lerp from 857 straight to 900+ rpm?

No, the ASM1 with rapid fire will increase in firerate from 857 RPM up to its final firerate.

Seems confusing. So at what point would a rapid fire asm1 reach 900?

Isn't intro ROF unaffected by rapid fire? Yes. Now I feel dumb. Looks like 900 is achieved between shots 4 and 5

From my understanding the Speakeasy was crippled by this past update due to the initial rof pre patch being around 1000 rpm then dropping to 800..
So now it initially fires slower 857 then increases to 1016 after first 8 shots correct?

I had no idea about this lerping thing. Have to find a way to put that in my spreadsheet.

It fired at a straight 1016 RPM, and thus the the latest nerf for the ASM1 doesn't affect it at all.

Check the last 3 columns in Marvel's source spreadsheet (GD, GE, GF)
