Drift0r says the NV4-Vigilance fires at 769 RPM. The base is 606 RPM. Unless there's a nerf in another area, doesn't this make the Vigilance pretty much the best NV4? Maybe it explains how the NV4 kills so fast sometimes. And Ace says long barrel gives 25% bonus range to ARs. Can combine with suppressor (25% reduction) for net 90% range (93.75% actually). Just a minor correction, Long Barrel seems to have a 1.2 multiplier to range and suppressor .75 for ARs which nets to 90% reduction when combined. Keep in mind, that was hand tested so there is a bit of room for error.

I just tested the NV-4 Vigilance and I don't think it shoots faster than the other NV-4 variants. If it does, I don't think its really noticeable and its definitely not at the ~750 rpm that is stated. Compare it to the KBAR-32 or the Karma-45 which should have similar RoFs, and you can feel those guns shoot a lot faster. I'm going back to my Prosperity

I seriously doubt the vigilance shoots at 759. It doesn't feel any different than the base variant. Also I don't see why they would make the rare variant the best variant. They're all about making money. Getting a rare variant is a lot easier than an epic. Which means less money spent on supply drops and activision won't want that.

I think those should buy the app should get instant access to the google spreadsheet through a profile login basis. As of right now theres no recoil plots or anything and even whole guns are missing so we should be given the link through the app if we bought the full version. Thanks for all your hard work marvel!

I think you overestimate their competence in weapon balancing. And remember, it was common for the Enlisted and Professional variants to be the best back in AW.

I just hand tested the vigilance at 60fps and compared to the base NV4 to double check, they have identical fire rates at 606RPM according to my tests (coded rate for the base is 612RPM).

The game would have to run at around 51fps for the frame rounding to be that nuts. Actually, even 51 would only get it down to 612rpm, but that's within a pretty acceptable margin of error. Thanks for all your hard work, by the way, Ace. We all appreciate it.

Thanks for testing them Ace! I knew something wasn't right with that fire rate. I wonder why the code says 759? Weird.

Someone posted a youtube video comparing the rate of fire on the base NV4 vs the Vigilance. It looks like the rate of fire is exactly the same.

Curious about stats for a few variants like Goliath, R3KT and Ripper. Been saving my salvage to see if any of them are exceptional. Got lucky with a drop and got String Theory KBAR which seems amazing.

Does anyone know if when the weapon stats come out it will also feature the variant stats?

Ok, I spoke with Marv this morning and got it figured out. The reason for the confusion was that many of the items in the stats file are named for base, legendary, rare, etc. However, the actual variants in the game do not necessarily use the stats row that they would intuitively correlate with. Sometimes a base weapon uses the rare stats, sometimes (as in the case of the NV4) several variants will use the base stats, but have additional modifiers that are applied, and sometimes the variants do use the stats for the rare or legendary version, but still have additional modifiers. In summary, I have held off on adding the variants to the app because it wasn't clear how these were being handled and I would rather temporarily omit info than add something that has a high likelihood of being incorrect. Now that it is clear how they function, I will be adding all missing weapons and variants to the app.

I'm curious about the ranges in the app, they changed quite suddenly I believe it was yesterday or the day before (NV4's damage drop-off changed from 30m to 41m). Based on my hand testing of these ranges and previous knowledge of ranges in CoD, the NV4's damage drop seems to be much more in line with 30m so I'm wondering if you could provide some insight on this change in the app.

For a very brief time after I released the app, the distance unit conversion function was pointing to the function used for Valve games. Since valve uses a custom distance unit which is different from Activision/IW, it gave different range values. This was quickly corrected and is why you now see the new values. Keep in mind, the app doesn't update instantly, so I may have made the correction potentially 24 hours before it reached your device.

Hey, Marvel? Is there anyway you could possibly see what the final Special Ops challenge is in Infinite Warfare? There are 12 total. I've found 11 of them, but I cannot, for the life of me, figure out what the hell the last one is. It's not nuked out (30 gun streak in FFA), it's not master prestige, it's not dark sky camo -- I don't know what it could be that no one has stumbled upon it yet.

As I play Terminal24/7 exclusively finding other "maps" "disgusting" I need stats that work for me on my PC for myself ... but I can share them.
Guns I used so far: ================= 90 FPS/PC ================= Widowmaker ADS 0.41s ADS 0.39s (+QD) firetime 0.105, ROF 571rpm
RAW: ADS 0,27s ADS 0,13s (+QD) [maybe 0,135] firetime 0.115, ROF 521rpm
NV4: ADS 0,21s ADS 0,10s (+QD) [maybe 0,105] firetime 0.095, ROF 631rpm
================= errors: [acceptable for me] ADS: +/- 0.01s ROF: +/- 15rpm firetime: +/- 0.002s =================

Hollow Point damage multiplier, anyone? Specifically for the M1, if possible.

Hollow Point damage multiplier, anyone? Specifically for the M1, if possible. Hollow Point is normally a 1.35x multiplier for helmet/head, but on M1 it is 1.3x.
