I think you made a small mistake with Double Tap: 923 / 1226 = 0.75285 It should be exactly 0.75.
Also, do you think they only changed the minimum and maximum gunkick in MW3? Maybe we can get some results with the values from XboxAhoy's recoil video.

I see no mention of viewkick or gunkick specifically. And the framerate will consistently drag the MP7 down to a 10% increase. Fair enough, but we care about what happens in game. Frame rate is never 100% constant, especially while playing.

So how does MP5 work with Rapid Fire? Does it only gain a small boost, similar to the MP7, now that the stock weapons fire at the same rate? Or does the MP5 fire significantly faster than the MP7 now when used with Rapid Fire? I already said this so many times: Rapid Fire increases rate of fire by 25% on all weapons!If you see different increases, it's because of your frame rate.

The MP44 should be in the Assault Rifle category. What rate of fire did you use for the manual action weapons (CoD4 and Black Ops)?

Most of them should be correct, except the AK-47's maximum damage range (1250 instead of 1200) and the Rapid Fire percentages.

They said they increased the M16's rate of fire by 13% and increased the MP5's rate of fire by 11%.
M16: 0.067 / 0.077 = 0.87 (13% decrease) MP5: 0.067 / 0.075 = 0.89 (11% decrease)

Please expand on the RF thing. I dont understand what you mean. I thought they claimed RF was 25% faster rate of fire E.G. 20% reduction in firetime? They said it increases rate of fire by 20% but what they meant is it reduces fireTime by 20%. That's why they messed up the Akimbo "nerf", they didn't know the difference between fireTime and rate of fire.

Their rate of fire makes their recoil much less controllable. It's much easier to get kills at longer ranges with the Commando than with the FAMAS and AUG.

The FAMAUG were the fastest firing most accurate, 3-4HK weapons in the game. What? The M16, Enfield, Galil, AK-47, Commando and G11 are much more accurate.

AK gunkick reduction was so minimal only those who never used it found it notable. Placebo? Minimal? It's a 50% reduction, I'm sure it's a lot less random now.

Sure, the ACR and MP7 are absolute monsters, but nowhere near Black Ops FAMAS/AUG level. The FAMAS and AUG have recoil. And now we get a FAMAS with 40 rounds and lower recoil in MW3.

The M16 and MP5 were buffed to 895 RPM and the PM9's recoil was reduced by 22%. Maybe keep the old measurements for comparison.

really? then i suppose rapidfire should have no effect whatsoever on m16 bullet spread, assuming the gun completely recenters itself after each burst. correct? i guess kick + rapidfire would be the overall most powerful setup for the m16, so long as the above is true. err, wait a minute. did you mean to say "reduces the time between bursts by 20%" or the "reduces the time between bullets by 20%." the significance being one affects recoil values and the other does not. I mean time between shots, time between bursts is always the same and both affect recoil.

See CoD4 and MW2. It has the same viewkick in MW3. but what about centerspeed? I swear the M16 is less accurate in MW3 than other IW games. 1475 vs 1500 - doesn't change much.
