Why would IW bother to change the RoF on the AK?The AK isn't as good as the TAR already , but instead they slow it down more. also doesn't Den's chart say different? AK fires at 666? so does the AUG?

I am not sure of the best way to word this so bear with me...
For the UMP45 damage wouldn't the minimum range for minimum damage be where the max range for max damage is? 36 damage with stopping power is enough for a 2 shot kill. So based on your chart the 2 shot kill would be just under 20m when it is actually about 5m less than that.

Snake there is a site call torrent @.@ anyway i think these rumors are clearly not true and IW clearly do not have the time to do this.

The AK-47 only has a 605 RoF? Really?
Well I guess it's kinda useless compared to the SCAR then... (or was that supposed to be 650?)

SnakeX, how are you doing controlled tests of ROF? If you aren't using some kind of scripts on a modded console, the stopwatch method isn't very accurate.

SPAS-12 8 pellets. Hip Spread medium AA-12 8 pellets. Hip Spread large Striker 6 pellets. Hip Spread medium Ranger 6 pellets. Hip Spread medium M1014 8 pellets. Hip Spread medium Model 1887 6 pellets. Hip Spread small Shotgun mounted under an Assault Rifle 6 pellets. Hip Spread medium
Beside the model actually being 8 pellets, is this info still correct?
The AA12 has more spread than any other shotgun? At max range, what are the chances of at least 2 pellets landing? 2 pellets at max range would be a kill in HC if clean hit is made.
Thanks snakex and other bros!

Quick question: If I want to stand at zero on the map, should I stand on the curb or just north of the curb so that I'm not on it?
Thank you. I was just trying to assign distance numbers to the HBS semi circles. It kinda seems like each line might be around 5 meters, and the fatter lines are around 10, but there may be enough proof to say that the shorter range lines designate a slightly further point than initially suspected... It could be that my gestimations are just off, I didn't really do a great job... BTW I stood just north of the curb and took pics of each fat line with a guy smack dab in the middle of the line....

Wow so many things. I just read through every single post on this topic and I never saw anyone ask this question: Do the things on this chart ONLY apply to the Xbox 360 version? Or are they universal to the ps3? I have a ps3 and this chart would revolutionize my classes so it is very important I know the answer to this.

Typically IW makes the PC, Xbox, and PS3 versions of the game the same (assuming they are on the same update) so it is inferred that it is correct for all of them. The only reason it says specifically Xbox is because he only tests on the Xbox and doesn't want to be held responsible for having the wrong stats for a different system.
This was more important when they are actually making changes to the gun files (lowering the model 1887's damage) because the PC would get updates first, PS3 second and Xbox last, but now it should be the same for all systems as they are all using the same version.

Thanks for answering my question. Anyway, I've dominated with all the stuff I learned from here. Thanks Snakex. You literally have no idea how much better this chart has made me at mw2. I got 2 chopper gunners yesterday using the information I learned from this chart. I'm dead serious.

Could you maybe elaborate on what those pictures are supposed to demonstrate?
The arrow is pointing to nearly the same place in both the 3m and 1m images and they don't even seem to be in order since the 2m image is the furthest back, then the 3m image has moved forward some while the 1m has moved forward the most.

when u walk, the player swing his weapon. when u stand still, the weapon position is in the middle and when u start to walk it goes to the right side, then middle again and last the left side and then back in the middle. when the weapon hits from the middle to the end of the right side u have 1m
and sry for my bad english, but i hope u have understand it

Oh I see. You're using the walking animation to time movement. At a guess this would be dependent upon your primary weapon since that determines your walking speed unless the animation scales with your movement speed. I've never really noticed if it does or not.

Good, that means it must scale to movement rate, which should also eliminate inconsistencies due to accelerating or decelerating since you don't exactly start and stop on a dime, especially with an analog stick for input.
